For the purpose of providing you with access to the training course you have either purchased directly from us, or your employer has purchased for you, we collect and process your personal data.
The data we collect is your full name and email address and the lawful basis for doing this is to provide training under the terms of a commercial contract (Article 6.1.b UK GDPR).
Your data will be retained on our system which is based in the UK for no longer than is required to provide the contracted service and in line with any legal requirements, such as HMRC reporting.
You have the right to access and receive copies of the personal information we retain, the right to have your data rectified and in certain cases, have it erased. You also have the right to complain about our data handling to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
