The CaPS small business support plan is just £40.00 plus VAT Per Month
30-Day Rolling Contract, two month minimum term.
Support
Received a Subject Access Request? Want to conduct some email marketing? Your subscription will provide you with 30 minutes email support per month. CaPS will provide expert advice and guidance on the issue you raise.
e-Learning Access
You get access to our CPD UK accredited GDPR awareness course via our e-Learning platform for yourself and two employees (3 Licenses total) valued at £60.00 plus VAT.
Discount
As a subscriber, you get a 20% discount on all fixed cost items such as our privacy notice production, policy creation service, and online staff training.
eMail Reports
We will keep you in touch with any developments that could affect your data processing and compliance. We use jargon-free language to help you understand the issues.
GDPR & Compliance Support
As part of the small business support plan you get 30 minutes email support per month where our experts can assist you with your GDPR & Compliance queries.
Website Review
Your website is the most public place that prospective clients can check you out. There is a greater understanding amongst consumers about what their data rights are. They understand they have little choice but to share their data with organisations to receive goods or services but they also realise that they can choose who to share their data with. The more you can inspire confidence in the way you handle personal data, the greater advantage you will have.
As part of your subscription, CaPS will review the contents of your website and provide a summary of any shortfalls in relation to the security, privacy information and cookie policies.
Cookie Scan
As part of our website health check we will review your website to ensure your Cookie Policy is compliant at no additional costs. Any remedial work required can be undertaken at a discounted subscriber rate.
Privacy Notice Check
We will review your current privacy notice published on your website and make any recommendations to make it compliant with the GDPR requirements.
Secure
Using a secure connection for your website is essential to ensure protection of data in transit across the internet and to ensure your ratings on Google, for example are not adversely affected. We will provide an assessment of your web security as part of the health check process.
